What is Polypropylene?
Polypropylene while being a plastic polymer shouldn't be confused with polyethylene. Polypropylene is more versatile than polyethylene because it is has a higher melting point (320 degrees Fahrenheit) than polyethylene which melts at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally it can be produced in a variety of structures which suits the building and construction industry very well. Polypropylene is used to make rope, indoor-outdoor carpeting and drainage mats.
