Shipping, Credit and Returns

Shipping- To most destinations worldwide

Customers are offered our substantial shipping discounts. Shipping estimates are happily given, but may vary from the actual cost. We always ship from the nearest location to our customer's destination. In many cases, we can drop ship items from our manufacturer's plants/warehouses to save our customers money. Our shipping professionals diligently work on finding the lowest shipping costs available at any given time. If customers prefer to ship using their carriers and accounts, we are happy to oblige.

Terms for international shipments are negotiated on an order by order basis. NOTE International Orders must be a minimum of $1,000 plus shipping.

Returns

Authorized returns only. Returns must be in original packaging, and in "As new condition." Restocking charge may apply. No returns on special or custom orders.
