We achieve this by creating a high-quality product that is highly reusable and recyclable. We also incorporate a greener approach within our production cycle by regrinding unwanted material and reusing it to produce new material. This technique allowed us to recycle 796 000 kg of plastic last year alone. But how green is corrugated plastic?       [![](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/32796/interactive-161513923687.png) ](https://www.globalplasticsheeting.com/hs/cta/wi/redirect?encryptedPayload=AVxigLK0eExZEORSzMWqUqCkCQur%2BIK9FHVr7B%2BtAOpuvVqkuNuTYNav6hoNsEY4hRZhHS%2BMG6P6%2FTh422OUDX6BqOdGvMD2KMgQOjuffszwB17CGIY3bduHpYC2lbSP9l7eXQxamdRC2kdTxUM7glg%2B7r4N&webInteractiveContentId=161513923687&portalId=32796&hsLang=en-us) ## Can Corrugated Plastic be Recycled?  Corrugated plastic is made of Polypropylene, the same type of plastic used in: - Yogurt & margarine tubs - Plastic cups & baby bottles - Kitchenware, microwavable plastic containers and lids   ![GPS Ultra Corr FR White Corrugated Plastic FR sheets (plastic cardboard) are reclyclable,-jpg](https://www.globalplasticsheeting.com/hs-fs/hubfs/GPS%20Ultra%20Corr%20FR%20White%20Corrugated%20Plastic%20FR%20sheets%20(plastic%20cardboard)%20are%C2%A0reclyclable%2c-jpg.jpeg?width=123&height=118&name=GPS%20Ultra%20Corr%20FR%20White%20Corrugated%20Plastic%20FR%20sheets%20(plastic%20cardboard)%20are%C2%A0reclyclable%2c-jpg.jpeg)     All these products are classified **#5 plastic****s**. A theory called the* three R's of waste management* illustrate how corrugated plastic sets itself apart. This waste hierarchy goes as follows. 1. **Reduce:** corrugated plastic is strong and rigid all at a lower weight, reducing the amount of material required for a given project. 2. **Reuse:** Corrugated plastic's durability translates to long and repeated use enabling a longer product life. 3. **Recycle:** corrugated plastic is made using polypropylene copolymers, a material easily recyclable.
