Dura-Skrim 2 FR is used in applications that require a fire-retardant polyethylene film, and demand high puncture and tear strengths. This product is used in hospitals, government applications, aerospace, construction,lead and asbestos abatement and more. Panel sizes up to 40,000 square feet are available! All panels are accordion folded and tightly rolled on a heavy-duty core for ease of handling and time saving installation. Dura-Skrim 2 is a customer favorite due to its versatility!  It comes in many sizes, and is a general all purpose poly sheeting that will cover just about anything economically!

Dura-Skrim 2FR consists of two sheets of high-strength fire-retardant virgin polyethylene film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene.  A heavy-duty scrim reinforcement placed between these plies greatly enhances tear resistance and increses service life. The approximate exposed longevity is 3 months.

Dura-Skrim 2 FR meets or exceeds the NFPA's 701 test, method 2 large scale requirements and CPAI (Canvas Products Association International) section 6 (flooring materials) and 7 (Wall and Top).
