Description
Air Bloc 31 is a one component, liquid applied, rubberized (elastomeric) membrane designed to provide an air barrier when applied to construction surfaces. Cures to a tough monolithic rubber-like membrane, which resists air leakage.

- Retains flexibility over a wide temperature range.
- Easy, low cost spray application using simple equipment.
- High water vapor permeance provides "breather" characteristics.
- Excellent adhesion to most construction surfaces such as block, concrete, stone, wood and metal.
- Can be applied to damp concrete.
- Bridges cracks.
- Does not contain organic solvents and is environmentally friendly.
Packaging
Air Bloc 31 can be applied by spray or trowel and is packaged in 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums.
